User Accounts

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

User Submissions

Apps on ChatGPT is a non-commercial community resource with no direct profit motives. When you submit an application for listing:

• No commercial agreement: Submitting an app does not create any commercial relationship, contract, or obligation between you and Apps on ChatGPT
• Your app remains yours: We do not claim ownership of your application, code, intellectual property, or any associated rights
• Showcase permission: You grant us permission to showcase your application on our platform, including displaying screenshots, descriptions, and links to your app
• Developer attribution: We will credit you as the owner and developer of your submitted application, unless you specifically request otherwise
• You represent that you have the right to share information about the submitted application
• You acknowledge that we may edit descriptions, modify presentation, or remove listings at our discretion
• We do not guarantee that any submission will be published or featured

Our goal is simply to help the community discover great ChatGPT applications and celebrate the builders who create them.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user submissions and third-party content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

Content describing third-party applications, including names, logos, and descriptions, remains the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS ON CHATGPT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages arising from use of third-party applications
• Business interruption or procurement of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apps on ChatGPT and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
